Rose Cottage is a beautiful, semi-detached holiday home set in the extensive grounds of the owner's home, alongside another property, Hazel Cottage. With all ground floor accommodation, including eco-friendly underfloor heating, the property comes with a super king-size double bedroom (which can be converted to a twin on request), perfect for a couple. There's also a contemporary bathroom with both a designer bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, and a sociable open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Wide folding doors open onto the private patio and large shared grounds offer lovely views and a shared Arctic bbq (with a bag of charcoal - one visit per booking, on a first come, first served basis - please contact owner directly to book), which is a very cosy place to enjoy an evening's entertainment. There's also ample off road parking available, but you'll find excellent public transport links and walk from the door. Rose Cottage is a superb choice for your special getaway.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "new year" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
