Overlooking stunning views of Black Combe and the surrounding fells, Bank Springs Brewery is nicely situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park and alongside the beautiful coastal beaches of the West Coast of Cumbria.

Bank Springs Brewery a Grade ll historic Listed Building, formerly a working brewery with original external features part of which is now converted to an attractive holiday house. Set in own grounds overlooking stunning views of Black Combe and surrounding fells Bank Springs is nicely situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park alongside beautiful beaches of the West Coast of Cumbria.



Accommodation:

Bank Springs Brewery offers very comfortable holiday accommodation comprising of a large arched hallway inviting you into two reception rooms one with open fire made from local brewery slate. Both rooms are cozy, you have the choice to relax, listen to music or sit comfortably watching TV.
 
The kitchen is spacious and bright with views of fields and Black Combe, a roomy dining area for family meals and access to a large enclosed yard. There is a small utility room joining the kitchen and a family  bathroom with electric shower and three-piece bathroom suite.
 
The staircase leads to a spacious landing with three large bedrooms. The master bedroom is bright and roomy with a double bed, en-suite shower room and wonderful panoramic views looking over Black Combe.  
 
A middle bedroom has two single beds a full sized cot and washing facilities, again with great  views. Finally there is an extra large family bedroom with a double bed two single beds and en-suite shower room, this room has plenty of space and stunning views over Black Combe and overlooks the front garden.

Electricity, coal and wood are available free during your stay at Bank Springs.
The property is nicely decorated  and has comfortable furnishings. There is full central heating (oil), double-glazing and roof insulation.

Facilities: 

Electric cooker with separate electric hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, Iron and board, utensils, crockery, tea towels, two colour TV and video player, dvd, cd/radio player and soft furnishings.

Bed linen is provided and beds are made ready for your arrival, we do ask guests to bring their own towels. A cot and high chair are available for you to use.
