Why not try walking the Beacons Way, a 100-mile trail across the National Park, with its spectacular scenery. A great way to explore the area is by mountain bike, the region has 5 purpose built cycle routes.
Interested in Fishing? You will find plenty of trout and salmon in the Wye and Usk.
On rainy days, take the family along to the Centre for Alternative Technology, with interactive displays and an adventure playground. You could also visit one of Wales' most popular railways, Brecon Mountain Railway.
