2 Low Glenridding is a cosy stone cottage in the picturesque village of Glenridding, near Ullswater. This cosy cottage sleeps four and welcomes two dogs.
Found in the picturesque village of Glendridding, at the base of Helvellyn, 2 Low Glenridding is a perfect, comfortable cottage for up to four people and two dogs.
Walk through a small courtyard and enter the house into the well-equipped kitchen diner. The view to Glenridding Dodd from here are absolutely wonderful - you may even be happy to do the dishes just so you can admire the vista from the window!
The living room has a built in wood burning stove and two comfy sofas where you can relax after some long Lakeland walks.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is a super king that can also be made into a twin by prior arrangement. This room also benefits from incredible fell views. On this floor there is also a second double bedroom and a modern shower room.
Outside, the lovely patio garden has birdfeeders and a bench making the most of the backdrop of the Helvellyn Range. It's a superb place to sit and enjoy glass of wine or a cuppa! There's a shared pathway through the other terrace's gardens taking you through to the parking area, which has one designated parking space.
2 Low Glenridding is the perfect base for a family, couple, or small group of friends who want to soak up the beauty of the area or take on some of the most challenging peaks in the country.
