The cottage also includes a bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi bath and a second floor shower room as well as a ground floor cloak room, a kitchen, a utility room, a dining room with open fire, a sitting room with open fire, a second sitting room with electric fire and a sun room. Outside is ample off road parking plus a lawned, landscaped garden with furniture and BBQ. With the coast just 1 mile away, many historic houses to discover close by and the wonderful Yorkshire Wolds offering fantastic walks, Mere Close offers large groups a comfortable, spacious base from which to discover the sights of East Yorkshire.
