Accommodating up to four people, the cottage is wonderfully cosy but there are one or two low doorways. It is well equipped, attractively decorated and furnished to a high standard. Fox Cottage is conveniently located in one of the prettiest and most popular rural towns in the country. Well-behaved dogs are also permitted at no extra charge by prior arrangement. (Not suitable for children under the age of 7 or the infirm).

The accommodation, arranged over three floors with electric central heating throughout comprises:

Sitting Room (15’ x 12’)
Open fireplace with basket grate, (first basket of logs provided); beamed ceiling; double glazed sliding sash window; TV.& DVD.

Kitchen (12’ x 12’)
Excellent range of modern fitted cupboards; heat resistant work surface with tiled splash; fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, small fridge, fridge-freezer, dish washer and washing machine; door to small paved garden at the rear of house providing a sitting-out area.

Cloakroom
Small downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

Main Bedroom (first floor, 13’ x 12.5’)
Beamed ceiling; king-sized bed; sliding sash window with secondary double glazing; chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Bathroom (first floor, 9.5’ x 7’)
Large contemporary-style bathroom with walk-in shower; tiled floor; panel bath; WC and hand basin; heated towel rail.

Second Bedroom (second floor, 16’ x 14’)
Attic bedroom with beamed ceiling; Velux roof light; twin single beds; chest of drawers. Please note that the
bedroom is open to the stairs.

The safety of our guests is very important to us. Consequently, we've conducted a risk assessment and determined that the risk level is low. We're regularly inspected but our housekeepers are putting in extra time to ensure that all surfaces are germ free and that the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene are adhered to. Our cleaners use the best antibacterial products, our laundry is processed using disinfectant and bleach to virucidal efficacy standard EN14476. We have signed up to the Sawday's Clean & Safe Charter.
