Les Bignonias is a beautifully converted traditional farmhouse with south facing gardens and a private pool 12x6, With views overlooking open countryside. Amongst sunflower and maize fields at the edge of the pretty hamlet of Etang des Faures
Les Bignonias is a beautifully converted traditional farmhouse with south facing garden, overlooking open countryside. Amongst sunflower and maize fields at the edge of the pretty hamlet of Etang des Faures with its lake, meandering streams and dewponds, it is an ideal spot for your relaxing holiday.
The accommodation is light and airy with plenty of room for 8 people. The main farmhouse has two bedrooms, the other two bedrooms are in separate charming little gatehouses a few paces away across the courtyard. All the bedrooms have ensuite facilities. The gatehouses are not really suitable for young children on their own.
The large shimmering blue pool (12m x 6m) adjoins the house and is fenced for children's safety. There is a plentiful supply of loungers to relax by the pool or in the large garden amongst the fruit trees.
Sitauted halfway between Angoulême and Périgueux and just 20 minutes from Brantôme, the Venice of the Périgord, with its good choice of restaurants and Friday market. For those who wish to fly Bergerac and Bordeaux airports are within about an hour's journey.
