Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, full-size cooker  and microwave. 3 Bedrooms, 1 double, 1 room sleeping 3 with 1 bunk bed and 1 single and a further single room.  Bed linen included.Cot and high chair available. Well appointed bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. Security gates at top and bottom of stairs. Private enclosed garden complete with bbq & garden furniture. There is a large selection of bikes from kids to full size as well as child seats, child trailers and tag-along bike available for you to use free of charge. Free unlimited WiFi. Laundry Room offers free to use facilities of washing machines, irons and ironing boards. Private parking.

Wisteria Large Brittany Self Catering Barn Conversion is situated in the rural hamlet of Paimbu, just 1 km from the village of Masserac in the unspoilt countryside of Northern France. Our cottage is well situated for reaching the many attractions of theLoire Atlantique & Southern Brittany.

On your doorstep you can enjoy a gentle stroll through woodlands and around small lakes. You can then make your way down to the River Vilaine and follow it as it meanders across open fields and past picturesque hamlets & villages. the area is ideal for a number of activities such as walking, cycling, fishing, Golf, bird watching and watersports.
