Our Woodland View Barn is a recently converted barn with large balcony offering fantastic views across the private garden & valley beyond.

Woodland View Barn (sleeps 10) has four bedrooms, two doubles with en-suite facilities, twin bedded room and bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Bed linen included.Large well-appointed family bathroom. Cot and highchair available. Lounge with satellite tv, dvd player, cd player, bluetooth speaker and traditional wood burner. Dining area with double doors. Security gates at top and bottom of stairs. Private enclosed garden complete with bbq & garden furniture & easy chairs for relaxing. There is a large selection of bikes from kids to full size as well as child seats, child trailers and tag-along bike available for you to use free of charge. Free unlimited WiFi. Laundry Room offers free to use facilities of washing machines, irons and ironing boards. Private parking.

Woodland View Barn Gite / self catering holiday cottage is situated in the rural hamlet of Paimbu, just 1 km from the village of Masserac in the unspoilt countryside of Northern France. Our cottage is well situated for reaching the many attractions of the Loire Atlantique & Southern Brittany.

On your doorstep you can enjoy a gentle stroll through woodlands and around small lakes. You can then make your way down to the River Vilaine and follow it as it meanders across open fields and past picturesque hamlets & villages. the area is ideal for a number of activities such aswalking, cycling, fishing, Golf, bird watching and watersports.
