Recently renovated it boasts light, airy and comfortable living spaces. The large dining room features a 4m long dining table with open fireplace is perfect for large social gatherings. The large kitchen with dining area with direct access to the terraces with stunning views. The 7 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms are spacious and modern. With 2 of the bedrooms being on the ground floor, perfect for elderly or mobility impaired guests. Air conditioning in the summer if needed, and centrally heated bedrooms and large wood burners in the lounges to keep you warm in the winter.
Outside the 3.5 acres of grounds host a heated private gated pool with alarm in it's own secure gated area. Petanque court, garden chess, table tennis, 3 acres of lawns, children's play area with swing & slide set, secure parking for 6 cars.
Situated close to the historic unesco medieval walled city of Carcassonne, with its easy access to it's numerous airport connections via Carcassonne, Toulouse, Beziers or Girona. In the heart of the Razes vineyards and just 20 minutes to Mirepoix & Limoux with their stunning markets. Whilst a rural country house, local shops & restaurants all within easy access.
