Lattice Lodge is a characterful Edwardian house built in 1908 as a doctors surgery and residence. Since extended twice to the current size, it retains many of the original features such as stained glass, ornate cornices, and the bell system.

Despite retaining its original character, it also has many modern conveniences such as iPod docking stations, Wi-Fi, Freeview etc. All rooms are en-suite (no queuing for bathrooms!), and have digital lcd tv's.

The most recent improvement - for self catering groups only - is a reconfiguration of the lounge, where we can now seat 12 people comfortably on settees (14 at a squish), plus various small people on the floor. As well as the lounge, we also have a conservatory at the rear of the house, which allows two separate groups to do their own thing.

The dining room can seat at least 20 (24 elbows in).

The kitchen - again only available to self catering groups - is large, and is equipped with domestic appliances, not commercial.
