Maison Blanche is on the edge of a village, close to the market town of Beziers and offers calm and relaxing surroundings. Equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday in the South of France, it has a private swimming pool, a covered terrace, a well maintained garden full of mediterranean plants, mature trees, palm trees and a nice airy open plan living room.

The mature garden (appx 1000 m2) offers plenty of options for sitting out and dining in the shade of the covered terrace. The pool has Roman steps which is a good feature for toddlers and the elderly.

The spacious downstairs open plan area, with a dining room and kitchen is comfortably furnished with big leather sofas and has glass doors leading directly to the garden and the pool.

Ideal for family holidays, the villa is within a few minutes walk of the village centre - it's a small but lively Mediterranean town with a family restaurant, a baker, a small fruit and vegetable market twice weekly and a couple of good wine 'caves'.

Downstairs

The entrance hall leads into an open plan, spacious dining room and living room area. The living room, with its quirky french decor, has a large open fireplace and state of the art flat screen TV including dvd player. The dining room has a large wooden dining table with six chairs, as it is open plan it affords good light. The kitchen is large and also has a dining table, giving you a choice of where to eat. It has a microwave, gas hob and oven/grill, with a large fridge and dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms available at Maison Blanche - offering either two doubles and one twin or three doubles.

On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with double bed giving out on to the garden and one smaller room with two single beds , a bathroom with a bath, two wash hand basins and bidet plus an independent WC.

Upstairs

A very French-styled open wooden staircase takes you upstairs leading to another double bedroom with double bed looking out on to the field beyond. There is also a bathroom with a bath, bidet and two wash hand basins, plus an independent WC.

Outside

The garden is surrounded by a tall hedge giving maximum privacy. The beautifully sized swimming pool has Roman steps leading into the shallow end. The lawn is well manicured and has exquisite plants and palm trees. The garden also includes a built in bbq and a covered terrace offering plenty of shade.
