This charming high standard barn conversion, all on the ground floor, has been designed to to enable you to enjoy the natural beauty of the area with all the comforts of home.
The light and airy lounge allows you sit and take in the magnificent views of the river and wildlife from large, picture frame, windows and doors. If it is chilly you can look out at these views while feeling the warmth and cosiness of a roaring fire in the log burner.
Take a dip in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing while experiencing nature all around you or under a starry night sky.

Explore the Suffolk heritage coast, including the rspb reserve at Minsmere and the ancient town of Dunwich. The city of Norwich is a short drive away.
Walk amongst the some rare breed animals including Suffolk Punch horses and tame fallow deer, at the adjacent Earsham Wetland Centre, which is free to enter.
You can enjoy a quiet, relaxing holiday as well being an excellent place to explore from!
