Teal House

On the ground floor there are separate living and dining rooms and well equipped kitchen. French doors lead to outside area with an outside toilet and large garden ideal for barbecues and afternoon sunshine plus sea views.

The first floor has a large double bedroom with king size bed and sink. A bunk bedroom and separate bathroom with shower over the bath.

The second floor has a further large double bedroom with king size bed and sink and a twin bedroom with sink plus a shower room with sink and WC.

There is long stay public car park a few minutes walk from Teal House. 

Sundial House

On the ground floor is the living room with television and dvd player. There is also a bathroom and access to outside space.

The first floor has the kitchen and dining room with fine sea views of the Jurassic coast.

The second floor has three bedrooms. THe double bedroom has the sea views while at the back of the house the other two adjoining rooms have a single bed in one and bunk beds in the other. Access to the garden is from here.

The third floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger double has sea views while the other double is accessed via the bathroom and looks out onto the garden.

Access to Sundial House is via a key safe that is located on the wall next to the front door. The key code changes regularly and will be sent prior to guests arrival.

A long stay public car park is a short walk from Sundial and costs only £2 per day (as at Feb 2019).
