Kocha is set between several small hamlets between Truro and Perranporth. It has one bedroom sleeping two people, a bathroom and additional en suite WC. The woodburning stove forms the focal point in the open plan living space which is home to the sociable kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Outside to the front there is a shared courtyard bbq area and to the rear an enclosed paved patio area with hot tub. There is ample off road parking. Kocha is the perfect location for a relaxing break for couples at any time of year.
