This A-frame lodge at Tamar Valley Resort in Callington is set in rolling countryside close to the Devon/Cornwall border. The on-site facilities include indoor & outdoor heated swimming pools, onsite bar and restaurant, with shop & reception. Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the area is ideal for exploring on foot or by bicycle with trails on the doorstep. Within a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar. A little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments. For a family base with plenty of activities on site, Valley Lodge 55 is a great choice.
