Colmac Cottage is a lovely, detached property located on the Kames Estate, close to the village of Port Bannatyne, on the Isle of Bute. It comprises three bedrooms; a ground floor double, another double and a twin, sleeping six altogether. There is also a ground floor bathroom inside, and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a utility in an external building. To the outside is ff-road parking adjacent to property, a private lawned area with furniture and bbq, along with shared use of an all-weather tennis court, football nets, putting green, walled garden and gardens. Colmac Cottage enjoys a fabulous location with plenty to offer its guests.
