Situated right on the harbour front, the recently refurbished cottage boasts a wonderfully modern interior while still keeping in touch with the traditional roots of the property and location.Entering through the back door, you will meet by the open-plan living area, comprised of a cosy sitting area with log burner, helping you unwind after a day out.Into the kitchen area you will find a well-equipped setup to satisfy your culinary requirements, along with a dining table for mealtimes.Completing the ground floor is the shower room and utility room, which houses a washer and dryer.Upstairs are the two bedrooms, consisting of a double and a twin, with sloping, low ceiling and doorways.Sandend has a beautiful beach with golden sands stretching across the wide bay, perfect for swimming and surfing.Walkers will be delighted to know there are several foot path trails and from the adjoining cliff tops you can sometimes see dolphins, seals and Orca.In the village there is a working fish-house where you can purchase freshly caught fish, or larger grocery shopping can be accessed in the Co-ops of Portsoy or Cullen.After all the sightseeing, return to the comfort of this cottage to relax and plan for tomorrows outings.
