The Smithy Cottage is a charming, semi-detached proerty in a quiet location in the village of Culmalzie near Wigtown. The cottage has three bedrooms; a ground-floor king-size double and two single rooms, one of which has a pull out bed, sleeping four guests. The property also consists of a ground-floor shower room, a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory. Outside is ample off-road parking and an enclosed lawn garden, as well as access to an acre of surrounding countryside and woodland. The Smithy Cottage is a wonderful property for exploring the Dumfries and Galloway region.
