Lowe Farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests and is located on a 230 acre farm in rural Herefordshire.

Lowe Farm was originally the home of the legendary Scudamore training stables and is located on a 230 acre site in the stunning Herefordshire countryside. There's acres of space inside the property too! Comprising the original farmhouse and a new build cottage that have been joined together, the farmhouse is perfectly suited for large groups of holidaymakers with ample communal living space, 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. There are two kitchens, a couple of lounges and a snug, a dining room which will comfortably seat all of your party, and a well-equipped Games Room with snooker table, table football, large TV and music system.

Outside there is a private garden, picnic tables and seating area to the front of the property, and a courtyard to the side. BBQs are available for your use. And aside from the immediate area surrounding the property you also have 230 acres which the owners are happy for you to explore via the various pathways across the fields on site, and including areas of woodland and two lakes. A unique selling point for this property is the outdoor combat games that the owners run on site, be it paintball, laser tag, archery or clay pigeon shooting, they are all just a short walk from the front door.

Whilst wonderfully rural, the farmhouse is located in Much Dewchurch and within a 10 minute walk you can expect to receive a warm welcome at the village pub, The Black Swan, which is popular with locals and holiday makers. Selling local ales and homemade food, it's a great place to relax and unwind at the end of a long day. In the next village, Wormelow, you will find the nearest village store and Post Office, plus another pub.

When it's time to leave the farmhouse and explore further afield there are plenty of local towns and attractions worth visiting in Herefordshire and neighbouring Monmouthshire. The Forest of Dean is also not too far for day trips. For lovers of the outdoors you can ramble for miles, go horse-riding, play golf, go canoeing or fishing. If you want to visit the nearby towns then Hereford is the nearest main shopping centre just 6 miles away where you will find many of your typical High Street shops and eateries, a cinema, theatre, and a stunning Cathedral in the centre of the town, well worth a visit! The towns of Ross-on-Wye, Abergavenny, Monmouth and Hay-on-Wye can all be reached within 30 minutes or so, and each have their own unique charm.
