Gracemount is a fully renovated stone cottage in the pretty coastal village of Portknockie. The cottage has a single and twin room on the ground floor, along with a shower room. Upstairs are two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and a bathroom. Back downstairs, there is a large open plan living area with well-equipped fitted kitchen, dining area and a comfortable sitting area, and also a separate sitting room with a cosy electric fire. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, and an enclosed rear patio with furniture. The harbour and beach are just a few minutes' walk from Gracemount, which is a wonderful base for enjoying the town of Cullen, exploring the Moray Firth coastline or a day out in Elgin.
