Outside is an acre of grounds with stream, sitting areas, patio, bbq and heated swimming pool with sliding canopy cover. There is also an external changing block with shower room available in the summer months. There is off road parking for 8 cars. Llys Offa is ideally placed for enjoying North Wales, Chester and Shropshire, in an area full of great walking, biking and spectacular scenery.
