This charming cottage is tastefully furnished providing all ground floor accommodation. Lounge/dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (zip and link, can be double), 1 single bedroom, travel cot available if required, bathroom with shower over bath toilet and basin.

Open fire with first bucket of fuel for fire, electric central heating, bed linen - duvets - and towels included, parking for 2 cars, Freeview tv, dvd player, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, enclosed garden with furniture. 1 pet welcome (additional charge). The cottage uses it's own private water supply exclusively.
Our cottage is located in glorious countryside, situated centrally for all Border towns such as Kelso.
