Only 4 miles from the sea at Cromer & standing off a quiet lane with unspoilt countryside views & stunning sunsets, this lovely beamed cottage adjoining our home is full of character and has a pure water supply straight to your taps.

Beams, some low pine doors, woodburner effect stove and pretty cottage bedrooms (double & twin) combine with central heating & modern equipment to create an ideal homely cottage atmosphere with the added luxury of a south facing sun room overlooking the garden with door to the patio & seating plus a cosy snug with inglenook & wood burner effect stove for relaxing evenings. TVs, dvds & free WiFi.

The beamed fitted kitchen is well equipped with integral washer, electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge & ironing facilities, dryer available. The cottage has lovely views over the fields to the Weaver's Way walks.

Original cottage stairs lead to a beamed landing, a bright sunny shower room with large shower & double & twin bedrooms with uninterrupted countryside views and stunning sunsets.

The cottage is decorated & furnished to retain its original charm & character & is an ideal place to relax & enjoy the main attractions of north Norfolk.
