Welcome to Kiltaraglen Garden Cottage on the Isle of Skye

The cottage is a bungalow set alongside the main house. It sleeps up to four in one double and one twin bedded room.  There is a comfortable lounge with an open plan dining/kitchen area.

The lounge has a wall hung television which receives all the free to view chanels and there is a dvd player so if you have a favourite boxed set, bring it along!  There is free WiFi in the cottage and we also have an iPod docking station and radio so it is easy to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting amidst well tended gardens.

Our kitchens are well equipped and you should find everything you would need for preparing a meal and enjoying your own food cooked the way you like it.  Things like washing up liquid, kitchen towels, cleaning sponges, scourers and the usual range of cleaning products

There is a bathroom with a large double shower enclosure; this is the only one of our three properties which has no bath and has all the accommodation on one level.

There is parking immediately in front of the cottage or at the rear of the main house.

Our cottage is situated just a ten minute walk from the village square and all the amenities of Portree on the isle of Skye.

We offer serviced laundry washes for a small additional charge  (currently £12 per load, washed and dried) and this is returned to you, usually within 3-6 hours.  This saves you having to spend valuable holiday time in a laundrette or have the hum of a washing machine spoiling your peace and quiet.

There is so much to do on Skye, what about taking a trip aboard our very own motor yacht.  Take a scheduled trip to a remote island for walking and exploring, or to the Isle of Raasay  enjoying the wildlife en-route.  We have regular sightings of the white tailed sea eagles and of course the usual marine mammals; seals, dolphin, whales and porpoise and if you are very lucky; an otter.
